We hope you find this time-line useful as you plan all the important details of your wedding day.

6 to 8 Months Prior…

  • Let the men in your wedding party know…

…your tuxedos are registered at Nedrebo’s (please specify location) and filed under the Groom’s last name and the date of the wedding.

…the measurement deadline is 6 weeks prior to the wedding.

…a measurement appointment is necessary for groups of 3 or more.

…measurements can be submitted on the Nedrebo’s website by groomsmen living out of town. They should be measured at their local formalwear or fine men’s store.

  • Select, order, and send ‘Save the Date’ cards.

4 to 6 Months Prior…

  • Schedule an appointment with your Nedrebo’s consultant to select the styles for the men in your wedding party.
  • Schedule an appointment to order wedding stationery: invitations, reception cards, response cards, thank yous, etc.
  • Select and order napkins, decorations, personalized favors, and other wedding accessories.

2 Months Prior…

  • Call to confirm the final details of your men’s formalwear.
  • Check to make sure that all members of your party have been measured.
  • Select and order personalized wedding party gifts.
  • Order wedding programs.

1 Month Prior…

  • Remind your wedding party of the final fitting date and time.
  • Schedule an appointment if groups of 3 or more will be coming in together for the final fitting.

The Final Fitting Day…

  • A final fitting is required the day before the wedding.
  • Final adjustments will be made at this time to ensure a good fit.

The Day After…

  • For your convenience, tuxedos may be returned to any Nedrebo’s location.
  • Appointing one person to return tuxedos can avoid late charges and enable you to begin your honeymoon without a worry!
